The house is located in S. Giovanni di Fassa (Pozza) in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the center and near the Buffaure ski lifts and the Aloch night slope. It has a parking lot, a small garden with barbecue facilities for the condominiums in the summer season and a ski room with boot warmers in winter.
