Information
Our apartments are located in an ancient farmhouse recently renovated, in the central square of the village of Vigo Lomaso, 500m above sea level, in a sunny and quiet area, 20m from the bus stop, 5 minutes by car from the Comano Terme, a strategic location between the Brenta Dolomites, Lake Garda, and Val Rendena (Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio). A starting point for walks of varying difficulty, health trails suitable for families and athletes, in the spirit of personal care and relaxation, in unspoiled nature, in summer and winter.
2 BEDROOM APARTMENT / 1-5 BEDS, second floor, attic 74 sqm, overlooking the square, large living area/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds - possible extra beds), windowed bathroom and shower.
STUDIO APARTMENT / 1-3 BEDS, first floor, 57 sqm, view of the village, living area (double sofa bed), kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, shower.
Pets
Small pets are generally allowed, with an additional fee for cleaning costs.
Minimum stay
To provide you with the best possible experience, bookings are accepted for a minimum of 4 nights. Thank you for your understanding!
Flexibility
All stated conditions apply unless different agreements are made directly with the landlord. We are always available to accommodate special requests, so don’t hesitate to contact us! We will do our best to meet your needs!
Payment Conditions
Booking and Payment.
To book, a deposit is required via instant bank transfer of 30% of the total amount, to be paid at the time of confirmation, no later than 2 days from the request.
Cancellation is free if the cancellation is made 10 days prior to the arrival date. In other cases, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Payment must be made via bank transfer, preferably instant. Credit cards are not accepted. We ask you to send the transfer receipt by email within 2 days of the booking, along with the identity documents (front and back). The balance must be received 2 days prior to the arrival date (or in cash upon arrival, only if agreed upon with the landlord).
The city tax is 1 euro per person (starting from 14 years) per night (max. 10 nights).
Bed linen rental is not mandatory.
The cost is 15 euros per week, per person.
Cost of extra beds:
Adult and child: 12 / 8 euros per day.

By car arriving from Trento or Riva del Garda and by train or bus from Trento station, with the convenience of having the bus station underneath the house in the central square.
