Our facility is currently in the validation process for the Open Mark. The Open Mark is a voluntary quality certification that verifies the necessary requirements to ensure a high level of accessibility and usability for people with disabilities, going beyond standard regulations to develop an accessible and inclusive tourism network.
We are a partner of the TRAME Project (Inclusive and Responsible Tourism and Community Services through a Social Empowerment Model), which was awarded under the "Welfare KM ZERO - Social Planning 2022" program. The project aims to address four key challenges:
Creating an accessible tourist facility that offers respite services for families with individuals with disabilities.
Promoting social and work inclusion to empower young people with and without disabilities.
Encouraging socialization and community engagement.
Activating educational and support services for local residents.
Mozart Nesthouse is a retreat where inclusivity meets the beauty of nature and the joy of hospitality.
The name of our establishment, derived from combining the terms “guesthouse” and “nest,” reflects our mission to create – through the Open Label validation process – an accessible place where everyone can enjoy an authentic and fulfilling experience of well-being. The concept of a "nest" stems from our desire to offer a comfortable place to stay and a welcoming environment, with some areas open year-round for the community.
The property has 13 rooms and offers breakfast service to our guests. We have adapted the basement floor, transforming the breakfast room into a multifunctional communal space where guests can spend their leisure time or participate in various events and activities.

Accessibility (we are in the validation process for the regional Open certification), quality, and attention to detail are the three core values of our establishment. At Mozart Nesthouse, we aim to go beyond the concept of accommodation, creating a true haven of excellence.
The property offers 13 bright and comfortable rooms, most of which come with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Dolomites. Each room features parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, and a safe to ensure maximum comfort. The private bathroom in each room includes a shower, hairdryer, and a complimentary set of toiletries for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We also have 3 rooms equipped with dedicated services, accessible to guests with motor and sensory disabilities.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 am in the ground-floor breakfast room, where we prepare a generous buffet.
