Current Information
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is from 2pm. The code and card will not be active before the indicated time;
- After collecting the card, the code will no longer be valid. You will only use the card;
- Check-out must be done by 11:00. After this time, the card will be automatically disabled;
- Any late check-outs will have a supplement equal to 50% of the last night;
- At check-out, we invite you to leave the card in the room, on the table;
Upon your arrival:
- At the entrance, to open the door, enter the code;
- At the totem, as soon as you enter, enter the code. You will be accredited and your ticket and card will be issued:
o With the card you can open the garage and your room door;
o On the ticket you will find information relating to the room number, useful contacts and the Wi-Fi password
