Information
Cèsa Aurora is located in Canazei, in a quiet yet convenient area, perfect for enjoying the village without needing a car. The house is set in the hamlet of Cercenà (administratively part of Campitello), but in practice just a short walk from the center of Canazei and all its amenities.
An ideal choice for those seeking relaxation, comfort and nature: you can easily get around, start outdoor activities right from your doorstep, and enjoy every season with sports, walks and pleasant moments together.
The house is furnished in traditional Ladin style and is arranged over two floors. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with a double sofa bed, and a full bathroom. First floor: a second bathroom and two attic bedrooms — “Pettirosso” with a double bed, and “Belvedere” with a double bed plus one single (or two singles) and a panoramic balcony. The entrance and ground floor are barrier-free.
Amenities: cookware and utensils, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, unlimited Wi‑Fi, smart TV, hairdryer, 2 sun loungers. Garage with 2 parking spaces, ski boot dryer, ski/snowboard storage, MTB and e-bike storage with charging facilities. Private outdoor parking space in front of the house, convenient for loading and unloading.
Sleeps up to 7 guests (5 beds in bedrooms + 2 on the sofa bed). On request: baby cot, high chair and changing mat (€30). Non-smoking.
Directly on the cycle path/cross-country ski track; approx. 200 m from the playground and ski bus stop, 300 m from Canazei center, supermarkets and Dòlaondes, 900 m from the ski lifts.
Included: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome kit and Trentino Guest Card.
Payment Conditions
The accommodation is available only for weekly stays (arrivals and departures exclusively on Saturdays). During the low season, shorter stays are also available (minimum 3 nights).
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in person. Please contact Marianne at +39 333 4359598 at least 1 hour before arrival.
Late check-in (after 9:00 PM): the keys will be left in a lockbox accessible with a PIN provided before arrival.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
At check-in, each guest is required to present a valid ID/passport.
To ensure the best possible welcome, please inform us of your expected arrival time window.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests (adults and/or children).
Utilities (water, electricity, heating), bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are included.
Payment: 30% deposit at booking; remaining balance due at least one week before check‑in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets allowed on request with an additional fee.
Parties/events are not permitted.

Directions & Information:
The house is located in the Cercenà area, a short distance from the five-a-side football pitch and the playground in Canazei. Once you reach Streda de Cercenà, cross the small bridge over the Avisio river and immediately turn right. Then take the private road and follow it all the way to the end; it will lead you directly in front of the entrance of Cèsa Aurora.
You will find the reserved parking space in front of the house, marked No. 10, and next to the house there is the access ramp to the “Cèsa Aurora” garage.
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in person.

Late check-in (after 9:00 PM):
You will find the keys in the lockbox near the house, accessible with a PIN that will be communicated before arrival.
