Your booking and stay – conditionsA. Arrival and departure times:
- Check in: between 15.00 and 19.00
- Check out: between 08.00 and 10.00
B. Dogs are allowed on a lead, for an extra fee. Restricted entry to the restaurant.
C. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
D. Use of the Aquapark, sauna world and fitness room (if included in the package) is not included on the day of departure.
E. Bank cheques are not accepted.
F. Packages, discounts and special offers may not be combined.
G. Arrival and departure dates are binding. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged.
