CASA VIGILIO is located in Pera di Fassa, in a sunny position with a beautiful view in the center of the Fassa Valley. It is just 250 m from the chair.lift to the Catinaccio Ski Area and the same distance from the Fraine ski school lift; in the nearby of the evening lightened Alloch slope and the lifts of Buffaure/Ciampac. The ski-lifts to Sella Ronda, Carezza, Lusia-San Pellegrino Pass and Marmolada are a ten-minutes drive away. The extensive garden of 8.000mq is right next to the Marcialonga cross-country ski trail. Ski-bus stop at 30 m.
An ample private car park and, during the summer months, plus 8.000 mq of private grounds equipped with barbecues, sunshades, tables, benches, deck chairs and an area for playing football, volleyball, children’s plays. In the neighbourhood there is a variety of shops, boutiques, supermarkets, bank, post office and the pharmacy.

The apartments dispose of any comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, flat ceramic hob, electric oven, microware oven, colour satellite TV, internet connection; they are fully equipped with electric broom, pressure cooker, toaster, coffemaker, iron, hairdryer and bathroom scales.
At the ground floor a warmed ski and boots deposit.
