Payment Conditions
- The stays are from Sunday to Sunday
- Final cleaning € 60.00 per apartment (excluding kitchenette/dishes)
- Bed and bath linen included in the price (delivered upon arrival).
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival Euro 150 (will be returned on the day of departure after our inspection and key collection).
ON REQUEST:
- SMALL PETS: Only upon request and allowed only in the apartment (access to common areas is not permitted); a MANDATORY supplement of Euro 60 and health booklet is required.
- Daily tidying up and towel change upon request, with a supplement of Euro 20 per day per apartment.
- Buffet breakfast available for a fee; ask Raffaele to arrange directly on modalities and price.
Upon request, dinner agreements at a restaurant about 150 meters away.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked vacation. It is not included in the price of the stay.
From June to October 2026, the Val di Sole Guest Card is included in the price of the stay, with many services, benefits, and the possibility of taking the cable car at special rates! More info

From BOLOGNA-VERONA and BRENNERO
On the Brennero A22 motorway, exit at the Trento Nord toll gate, follow the SS43 (national road)direction Mezzolombardo through Val di Non, once you pass Cles take the SS42, following directions for Passo Tonale until Mezzana.
From BERGAMO BRESCIA follow the SS42 (national road) to Passo Tonale and then until Mezzana.
by train:
BY TRAIN: The Trentino Trasporti train (known to many as the Trento-Malé-Mezzana, Marilleva) starts 200 m far from Trento train station. It's an efficient means of transportation connecting all the localities from Trento to Val di Sole, up to Marilleva 900.
