Residence Excelsior is a residence featuring fully independent Mini-apartments and Suites, right on the lake. Unlike a standard hotel, we are pleased to host you in apartments that are unique in their own way, large or small depending on your needs!
You'll be staying in a historic 19th-century building. This was a popular meeting place for enjoying the upper tip of Lake Garda in all its splendor. We are committed to maintaining the character of the original structure through annual renovations.
We offer days spent actively on the lake, right in front of you. Immersed in the sound of the waves and complete relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Our location is strategic: Riva del Garda center (300 meters) is just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, we recommend a stroll along the lakeside to a good restaurant, pizzeria, or ice cream parlor.
Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, canoeing, rock climbing, photography, diving, SUP, painting, cycling, walking or simply enjoy the “dolce far niente” (the beauty of doing nothing)! Many new initiatives will be near our Excelsior facility in the near future, such as the famous lakeside cycle path, which extends from Limone to Riva del Garda. The famous Ponale road is also located adjacent to us!

HOW TO REACH US:
To get to Casa Excelsior, take the Brennero A22 motorway and exit at Rovereto Sud-Lake Garda Nord. Follow the signs for Riva del Garda (about 15 km always straight), after crossing the Loppio and Nago villages, continue towards Torbole.
At Torbole turn right to Riva del Garda. Cross the city of Riva del Garda towards Limone. Before the new tunnel on the lake (150 m from the historic center), go along the narrow narrow slope to the right of the Galleria.
Warning: Do not enter the Gallery, but take the road on the right.
At the bottom of this street, right on the right, there is our outdoor parking, right on the lake and the reception of the House.
