POSITION: the residence "IL GIARDINO", newly built, is located in a sunny and quiet area adjacent to Malè and services (shops, swimming pool, outpatient clinic, sports center with skating). The residence is near the playground and is a starting point for walks in the woods, and is close to the bike path that runs along the Noce stream, the Dolomiti di Brenta Bike trail, the train station, and the sports center with soccer and tennis fields. There is also the possibility of practicing canoeing and rafting on the Noce stream. STRUCTURE: The building features arched porticos, large and harmonious wooden structures. The ground floor apartments have independent access to the common garden, while the upper floors have balconies and Verandas. The furnishings, particularly well cared for, are made of solid wood with color accents that make the environment warm and welcoming. WI-FI free.
