Payment Conditions
Check-in is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., while check-out is required between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We are happy to accommodate arrivals or departures outside of these hours, upon request and prior agreement with the Property.
To ensure maximum comfort for all future guests, we remind you that smoking is prohibited inside the house and pets are not allowed.
We kindly ask you to respect nighttime quiet and to take care of the accommodation, particularly by following the guidelines for separate waste collection and being mindful of energy waste (turning off lights and heating when you are out of the house).
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay!

Contact & Directions
By car If you are traveling by car, the nearest and most convenient highway exits on the Brenner A22 highway are Rovereto Nord or Trento Sud. From both exits, the accommodation is easily reachable in a few minutes.
By train The reference train station is Calliano. We recommend checking in advance that the train you choose stops at this station, as not all services stop here. Alternatively, you can refer to the main stations in Trento or Rovereto.
By bus The village of Besenello is served by the suburban public transport service. The main reference line is Line 301 (Trento-Rovereto route), which makes regular and convenient stops to reach us.
