The renovation, completed in 2026, was carried out in compliance with the architectural constraints of the Trentino Region.

The apartment is in Varone, near the famous waterfalls, and is connected to Riva del Garda by a beautiful cycle path that will take you directly to the lake in 10 minutes.
Additionally, just a few meters from the house is the small square of Varone with a well-stocked supermarket, very convenient for daily shopping.
A covered parking space (free of charge) is available for guests inside a garage.

The entrance of the house is located at Via Venezia 16/a, 20 meters after the intersection between Via Venezia and Via dei Ferrari.
The garage is located at Via dei Ferrari 35. Access to the house is through a pedestrian access that connects the garage to the apartment.
