Prices include hot water, electricity, a first set of bed and bath linen, private outdoor parking and Wi-Fi connection also included. Other sets of linen are extra. A 150 euro deposit is required, which will be refunded upon your arrival and after the apartment has been checked for any possible damage.
EXTRA:
A mandatory surcharge will be applied for the Val di Sole Guest Card on all stays between June 10th and September 24th 2023: adults € 3 per night, children up to the age of 13 are FREE if accompanied by 1 adult (1:1 ratio).
Tourist tax in price not included. Starting from January 1st 2020 all stays will be charged a tourist tax of 1,50 € per person per night. It must be paid directly at the accommodation facility in addition to the accommodation price.
