An original project, an unprecedented crossover between the klezmer-jazz of the Ziganoff band and the yodeling of the South Tyrolean virtuoso
Heidi Clementi, proposed both in the traditional alpine version and in a modernized form, with
targeted jazz-inspired arrangements.
A contamination that also leads to the rediscovery of the great heritage of songs in Yiddish, the mixed language
of the Ashkenazi Jews, which blends elements of German, Hebrew, and Aramaic, but also shows unsuspected
analogies with the South Tyrolean dialect.
An engaging musical journey through time and history, enriching the reflection on the variety-complexity
of our roots.
