Enrosadira Time goes up "InAlto"
An experience that celebrates the beauty of the Fassa Dolomites and the authentic flavours of the area, thanks to the hospitality of Alfio Ghezzi and Marco Donazzolo at InAlto, the bar-restaurant at the top of Col Margherita
As the last rays of sunlight set the Dolomite peaks ablaze in the phenomenon known as "Enrosadira" - a name given by the Ladin people - the slopes close to skiers, and the snowcats begin their evening work. Meanwhile, the bar-restaurant InAlto, perched at 2,500 metres on Col Margherita, transforms into a serene observation point. Here, you have the privilege of watching the landscape evolve before your eyes: the sky fills with vibrant hues, and the silence of the mountains is broken only by the gentle whisper of the wind. While you marvel at this natural spectacle, the experience continues with its second highlight: the gastronomic offering. Showcasing the best local products, the InAlto aperitif takes you on a culinary journey through the flavours of Fassa. Each dish tells a story of the valley’s traditions, with Alfio Ghezzi’s signature hospitality reflected in a selection of refined finger foods. Expect typical cheeses, artisanal cured meats, mushrooms, and wild herbs, all paired perfectly with Trentodoc sparkling wine, which enhances every bite. Allow yourself to be captivated by an aperitif that is far more than a toast - it’s a joyous moment to celebrate Val di Fassa under the enchanting glow of the sunset, offering an intimate connection to the mountains in every detail.
