Feast of San Nicolò
Pozza celebrates St Nicholas, the patron saint of the village, with a parade, concerts, raffle and shows at the events pavilion
In Val di Fassa, the arrival of Saint Nicholas is an event dear to all children, especially in Pozza, where the patron saint of the village is celebrated with a special festival on 6 December. Tradition has it that Saint Nicholas arrives accompanied by angels and surrounded by Krampus, dark-faced devils with long horns and noisy bells, who make the little ones tremble... but not only them.
