Maestres de schì
For the Val di Fassa Panorama Music festival, the ladin band performs the music by "L Chum" at Alpe Lusia
Some say that to ski well you need speed, beautiful turns, off-piste skiing and maybe a little German. Don't believe them. To ski well, you need to know L Chum's songs. So come and learn from the ski instructors (Maestres de Schì in Ladin). Tommaso Dondio on drums and vocals, Nicolò Dorich on bass, Tita Dorich, Gianpaolo Chiocchetti and Francesco Detomas on guitars and vocals; their project pays tribute to "L Chum", pseudonym of Lucio Tullio Chiocchetti, rock musician from Moena and authentic outsider: his songs, ramshackle, simple and deeply sincere, are now part of the collective imagination of the Val di Fassa.
The concert is free. The Chalet Valbona can be reached by the Ronchi-Valbona cabin lift (ticket cost to be paid by participants, Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer are valid).
Val di Fassa Panorama Music is organised by the cultural association "La Grenz", under the artistic direction of Enrico Tommasini, in collaboration with the valley's cable car companies and with the support of the Val di Fassa Tourist Board.
