Symphonĭa 2025 – not just masterclasses
Ala celebrates music
The “Banda Sociale di Ala” APS organises a Brass Masterclass with the Gomalan Brass Quintet, and one for transverse flute with Prof. Dante Milozzi.
After the success of the 2024 event, held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Symphonĭa event, the Board of Directors of the Social Band of Ala APS, together with the staff of its numerous volunteers, expands and innovates the proposal.
In fact, the ‘Symphonĭa 2025 – masterclasses and more’ project includes several musical events, featuring youth band groups and, besides Ala’s Social Band, also a band ensemble coming from outside the Region; moreover, a masterclass for ‘brass instruments’ with the ‘Gomalan Brass Quintet’ and one for ‘transverse flute’ with Prof. Dante Milozzi.
The masterclass activity will then be enriched, for the benefit of the public, with a concert for solo flute (Prof. Dante Milozzi) and the “Maestrale Flute Ensemble” in Ala and much more.
The artistic activity of the masterclasses is aimed at young musicians, but also at scholars who will be able to participate, as auditors or full participants, in study days held by the five professionals of the “Gomalan Brass Quintet” and Prof. Milozzi. There will also be collateral activities and exhibition spaces for musical instruments: special guest of the 2025 edition will be Michael Lederer – Germany, Schöneck (Saxony) – a craftsman manufacturer of alto and bass flutes and, again, the prestigious Powell brand, purchased in 2016 by the French Buffet Crampon group, and thus becoming part of a group that brings together several brands that manufacture musical wind instruments of the highest professional level; the Grassi Musica shop, active in Trento since 1973, will also be present.
