A multi-sensory experience in deep connection with nature. Thanks to an expert naturopath you will rediscover your psychophysical harmony and energy through the scent of forest elements. The unique sensation of the cold snow underneath your feet in contrast with the warm and pleasant self-massage with natural oil. You will experience the intense power released from hugging a conifer. The experience ends in the welcoming setting of the Silvia Pastry Shop with a hot herbal tea and a tasty dessert.
INTERESTING FACTS
The Kneipp path is used in the summer as a barefoot path where you can walk on different natural elements such as: water, grass, tree bark, sand, stones, and tree trunks.
