Workshop with officinal plants
Fields of flowers, mountains in the background and a silence that speaks of peace: at Eco-Green Fiores, nature speaks to you with every petal. Nadia will welcome you to her lovingly cultivated fields and guide you on a journey of scents, colours and flavours that tell the story of Val di Fassa in a gentle voice. You'll walk among the rows of plants, each with a story to tell. You'll touch velvety petals, smell balsamic leaves, and learn about their virtues, just like you would with a dear friend. Then, in an ancient and simple gesture, you'll prepare mountain herb scented salt with your own hands: a little ritual to take home, to give your recipes a flavour of nature and memory. And before leaving, a fresh toast with organic syrups and products from the holiday farm. The small jar of salt will be your talisman: a concentrate of beauty, care and authenticity to be sprinkled in small doses even on faraway days.

Mandatory phone reservation or directly at the farmhouse within 6 p.m. of the previous day.
Meeting point: on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. by Eco-Green Agritur Fiores (Strada de Pala Verda, 5) in Vigo. The farmhouse can be reached by car or on foot from the village. Duration of activity: approx. 2 hours. Sport clothes and shoes required.
Minimum number of participants 10, maximum number 20. In case of lacking the minimum number of participants, the activity will be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to contact the facility by telephone at least the day before to cancel your visit.
