Cheese Making in Presanella
A historic learning visit to Caseificio Presanella explains all the different aspects of animal farming in the Val di Sole mountains. Visitors are taken on a sensorial journey into sounds and aromas. The visit includes illustrated panels and tools, and a video shows the stages involved in cheese production, rural life and mountain farming, describing the pastures, mountain herbs and bovine breeds farmed in the valley.
