1 - Trench Tour

During the Great War, the area covered by the route was the scene of fierce fighting. Many traces of the front line are still visible on the ground, particularly a system of trenches, recently restored. We are in the vast grazing and forest area located northeast of Luserna/Lusérn, the 'homeland' of the Trentino Cimbri.

It is a simple route, for relaxation or learning, equipped as a 'technical route,' meaning it is equipped with signage that illustrates the basic information for practicing Nordic Walking. We are in a very beautiful environment, made up of pastures, open spaces, and wide panoramas. The starting and ending point is Malga Millegrobbe, a former mountain dairy farm, restaurant, and resort.
