At the summit, hikers will find the statue of the Thinking Christ (Cristo Pensante), sculpted from white Predazzo marble and featuring a crown of thorns made from barbed wire dating back to the Great War. The hike, rewarding both for the beauty of the landscape and the physical effort required, offers a picturesque setting. From the summit of Monte Castellazzo, a spectacular view opens up of the majestic walls of the Pale di San Martino and the entire valley below.</p>
