An itinerary that starts from the shores of one of the most enchanting lakes in Val di Sole and leads to Malga Alta di Fazzon and a stunning panoramic viewpoint over the upper Val di Peio.
A pleasant hike through the peaceful forest leads to Malga Alta di Fazzon, passing by the iconic Lago dei Caprioli in Val di Sole. The trail is not particularly demanding, and in about an hour you’ll reach the malga, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the upper Val di Peio. We suggest stopping at the malga to taste a traditional farm-to-table dish in the calm of the mountain pastures, accompanied by the sound of flowing water and cowbells. Children will also love the small farm here, with goats, sheep, pigs, and cows.
