Pala di Santa: a tour between Lavazè and Pampeago
<p>Excursion that leads from the open spaces of the Lavazè plateau to the panoramic peak of the Pala di Santa. The return takes place towards Passo Pampeago, then passing on the north side of the mountain and ends in a ring once you reach Passo Lavazè.</p>
<p>The beauty of this itinerary are the very different scenarios: the airy plateau of Lavazè, the fir and pine forest and then the wide ridge after the edge of the wood. You reach the cross on the top of the mountain passing through volcanic rocks and steep pastures where you will occasionally find a flock of sheep. After the descent on the ski slopes to Passo Pampeago, we return to the forest road and path marked by the Vaia storm (October 2018).</p>
