A suggestive route that leads from the valley floor to the green pastures of the Marcesina plateau, along a picturesque road sometimes overlooking the valley
<p>From the center of Grigno, passing near the Fontanazzo biotope, you reach the hamlet of Selva from where the climb towards the Marcesina plateau begins.</p> <p>The climb, characterized by a series of hairpin bends, is demanding but exciting as in some sections you find yourself overlooking the valley, thus dominating Grigno and the cycle path below from above.</p> <p>Arriving at the Marcesina Plateau, the view spreads over green pastures and mountain huts, in places that recall the sad events of the First World War.</p> <p>It is not possible to return on the same road due to prohibition, so continue along the road to Rifugio Barricata, from where you take the provincial road that first leads to Enego and then to Primolano with an exciting descent.</p> <p>Then return along the Brenta river on the Valsugana cycle path to the starting point.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p>
