Sega - Malghe Lavacchione - Castelberto - Foppiano | Esplor-ALA on foot

<p>Route of about 20 km with a significant elevation gain of more than 500 meters, mainly on unpaved forest roads with some sections of trail. It passes several panoramic points and various mountain huts with characteristic stone roofs, typical of the Lessinia area.</p>

<p>The route starts from Sega di Ala, with a steady climb of about 7 km passing near Malga Maia, Lavachione, Revoltel and Coe, ending at the panoramic viewpoint of Monte Castelberto. Then, return to the junction below the refuge to descend towards Malga Castelberto, then enter the forest towards Malga Foppiano. Descending further, you reach near Malga Barognol and then ascend again continuing back towards Malga Lavachione, rejoining the outbound route to Sega di Ala.</p>
