Walk - Eagle Vaia from the Valmaron Refuge

<p>At 7 meters high and 5 meters long and weighing 1,600 kg, it is the largest wooden Eagle in Europe, a symbol of strength and freedom. Imposing and majestic, a huge wooden eagle spreads its wings toward the horizon and directs its gaze to the places affected by Storm Vaia.</p>

<p>Branches of various shapes, broken roots, and an idea: the creation of sculptures with recovered wood from storm Vaia, which hit Trentino in 2018. The Vaia Eagle is the newest work by Veneto artist Marco Martello in art Martalar. We are located in Località Barricata, in the municipality of Grigno.</p> <p>The outward route has a length of about 5km on mixed terrain immersed in the Marcesina plateau, a place hit by storm Vaia in 2018.</p>
