Recreational area: 4 car parks including one for the disabled - bike rack – fountain – picnic area with barbecue – playground
Equipped area: 15 pitches reserved for parking with electric socket columns - toilet – wastewater discharge pitches – water supply point – sewage discharge.
NEARBY: in the village of Tres you can find various services: bank, grocery store, pro loco, bar, restaurant-pizzeria.
The loft is adjacent to the woods and is therefore a starting point for pleasant walks. At the former sports field there is now the new Bike Park Predaia (for information on use, contact the Municipality of Predaia).
