Albiano e le sue frazioni - Curiosi tutto l'anno
Discovering the small and solitary hamlets of Barco di Sopra and Barco di Sotto
In September, the leaves begin to crunch underfoot, and the forest prepares for the grand show of foliage. However, in Albiano, September evokes something else, a tradition so deeply rooted that it can even be found in the town's coat of arms: the cultivation of chestnut trees and the gathering of their fruits!
On this autumn afternoon, we will walk together with AMM Stefano Marchi among chestnut groves and suspended villages, discovering the small and charming hamlets of Barco di Sopra and Barco di Sotto.
