Round table and dinner
A round table that, starting from the thoughts of Alexa der Langer, compares experiences of caring for the land and caring for human relationships. With Marzia Bona (Alexander Langer Foundation), Sandro Bozzolo, director-farmer, Ottavio Rube (coop. Valli Unite), Tommaso Vaccari (activist), Elia Santuari (Pro Loco Grumes).
Following, a buffet dinner with Fiorenzo Varesco, "Il Grillo" the Pro Loco of Grumes, and testimonies from Slow Food Trentino-Alto Adige on the project FOOD, PEACE AND SOLIDARITY.
