Dolo-Vini-Miti: the Festival of Vertical Wines

Four days dedicated to the wines and mountain gastronomy of Val di Cembra and Val di Fiemme.

The beauty of the Dolomites of Val di Fiemme and the vineyard terraces of Valle di Cembra, with its 700 kilometers of dry-stone walls, create an exceptional backdrop for Dolo-Vini-Miti, the festival of vertical wines

Four days of events and appointments to better discover these two territories, their history and characteristics, but above all, their most significant productions. The main protagonists are the wines of Valle di Cembra, often referred to as “vertical.” This concept translates into three meanings: the landscape aspect, as they originate in vineyards painstakingly carved by man from the steep slopes of the valley, which reach up to 40%; the longevity aspect, ensured by the distinctive acidity of the grapes that brilliantly withstand the test of time even in varieties that elsewhere are consumed young; and the savoriness aspect, a result of predominantly porphyritic soils.

Masterclass, "Wine Trekking Gourmet", aperitifs with a view of the Dolomites, a conference, themed shows, curling, and a walk to discover the murals dedicated to wine with an audio experience.
