E-Bike & Taste Tour - Dolo-Vini-Miti

Sports Field, Cembra | Agritur Simoni, Giovo

E-bike excursion accompanied by a guide to discover the rural landscapes of the Cembra Valley, among terraced vineyards, scenic views, and ancient traces of human work, starting from the village of Cembra at 670 m above sea level, heading towards Palù di Giovo, the hometown of cycling champions Francesco Moser and Gilberto Simoni. Along the route, a hands-on demonstration of dry stone wall construction to narrate the ancient art with which, stone by stone, the mountain has been shaped and made cultivable.

The tour is a round trip passing through the municipality of Lisignago for a total of about 20 km. Elevation gain: + 400 m.

To conclude the experience, a typical lunch dedicated to the flavors of Trentino tradition: the tortel di patate according to Nonna Rosina's novel recipe, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses, also offered in a delicious sweet version, paired with wines from Cantina Simoni.
