Festa delle Brise e del Bosco

Festival of the Brise and the Forest in the green Valley of Vanoi, three days dedicated to the forest and its products.

The event is one of the must-see appointments of late summer and will give the opportunity to discover the “king of mushrooms” and other forest products, with traditional markets of local and artisanal products, many food stands, and themed proposals from the restaurants of Vanoi. Dedicated to enthusiasts and the curious, two outings with experts to learn how to recognize the Boletus Edulis.

Program

• 8:00 a.m.: guided outing with experts from the Micology Association of Costabissara Isola Vicentina and local forest rangers. At the end, the possibility to stop for lunch in an agriturismo or restaurant. Reservation required: Tel. +39 0439-719041.

• 10:00 a.m.: opening of the Fish Exhibition and Traditional Artisanal Nativity Scenes Exhibition from Various Countries of the World, at the former Kindergarten of Caoria.
  
  
• 12:00 p.m.: lunch featuring mushrooms and local products at the restaurants of the Valley of Vanoi.
  
  
• 2:30 p.m.: restoration activities in forests damaged by Storm Vaia and by bark beetles. Activity organized by the Trentino Forest Service. "Accipicchio! • 6:00 p.m.: inauguration and opening of the Mycological Exhibition at the Parish Oratory of Caoria
  
  
• 7:00 p.m.: opening of the food stand with typical local menu and mushrooms followed by a musical evening with the Bergwald Harmonie Krainer Folk Band.

During the days, it will be possible to visit, at the former Municipal Sawmill adjacent to the Festival Tent, the exhibition "Col bel no se magna" organized by the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Park Authority in collaboration with the Historical Museum Foundation of Trentino, the Primiero Community, and the Local Slow Food Chapter.
