Festa delle Brise e del Bosco

Brise and Forest Festival in the green Vanoi Valley, three days dedicated to the forest and its products.

The event is one of the must-see appointments of late summer and will give the opportunity to discover the “king of mushrooms” and other forest products, with traditional markets for typical and artisanal products, many food stands, and themed offerings from the restaurants of Vanoi. Dedicated to enthusiasts and curious minds, there will be two outings with experts to learn how to recognize the Boletus Edulis.

Program

• From the morning: markets with stalls of local typical products, artisanal and artistic handicrafts, and forest products.
• At 10.00 a.m.: and until the end of the event, the opening of the Mycological Exhibition at the Caoria Parish Oratory.
• From 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.:  Mauro Cecco will hold a practical demonstration on the use and maintenance of the sickle, curated by Mauro Cecco.  Participants will have the chance to try the equipment.
• At 11.00 a.m.: parade through the streets of the town with the Caldonazzo Folkloric Group.
• At 12.00 p.m.: lunch based on mushrooms at the ANA Tent in Caoria. 
• From 12.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.: children's entertainment with face painting and a giant bubbles show.
• At 2.00 p.m.: awards ceremony for the “Heaviest Brisa” contest.
• At 3.00 p.m.: show with the Caldonazzo Folkloric Group at the Caoria Fest Area.
• The afternoon will be enlivened by the music of Daniele. 

During the days it will be possible to visit, at the former Municipal Sawmill adjacent to the Festival Tent, the exhibition "With the beautiful one, one does not eat" curated by the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Park Authority in collaboration with the Historical Museum Foundation of Trentino, the Primiero Community, and the Local Slow Food Chapter.

The "brise" must be delivered by 1.30 p.m. on September 20 at the mycological exhibition at the Parish Oratory.
