Train useful skills for the job market. But where to start?
Maybe you already know. Maybe, on the other hand, you have never thought of your skills as something that can be intentionally trained, one step at a time.
After the first summer meeting of Hidden Talents, we return to talk about skills by taking a further step: moving from awareness to action.
Together with Luisa Rigoni from FiemmePER and Giulia Smaniotto from Pastificio Felicetti, we will discover how skills can grow through experience, small goals, and feedback, both inside and outside the job market.
This time you will be able to build your training plan, choosing a skill to work on and transforming it into concrete actions to test in your daily life.
The appointment is open to all young people aged 18 to 40, even those who did not participate in the first meeting.
