A unique dinner-show hosted among the alambics of the Pilzer Distillery.
Between courses, theatrical sketches tell with irony and poetry the fascinating world of grappa: the gestures of the distillers, the production phases, the stories of those who have preserved this knowledge for generations in the Val di Cembra. A journey through scents, flavors, and words, to discover “with the right spirit” the distilled symbol of the territory.
