Brigolina Alpine Hut
Agritur Malga Brigolina is one of the easiest "out of town" trips, but still close to the city of Trento. It is located on the western slopes of Monte Bondone, about 1,000 m above sea level: it is therefore the lowest mountain hut in Trentino
In the green meadows, surrounded by woods, they graze different species of animals, including numerous cows. Their milk is processed in the fully equipped dairy, whose products are sold directly on the farm and used in the welcoming Agritur. Malga Brigolina offers typical Trentino cuisine: cheeses, polenta, stew and strudel.
La Malga is also an educational farm with a route dedicated to animal observation, with a guided tour: this can be accessed by children but also by adults, organised groups and school groups. From the hut there are numerous routes for hiking on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike on Mount Bondone, where there is also a wonderful botanical garden.
