Ospedaletto is located at the mouth of Val Bronzale, in an area surrounded by vineyards. Owing its name to an age-old hospice for travellers, the town is undergoing an updating process of restyling in terms of both handcraft and industry.
Visitors to the area can enjoy superb walks in the pine woods of the Val Bronzale while exploring the area. Speleologists are invited to visit the Grotta della Bigonda, a stunning grotto with indoor lakes and siphons. The spectacular Ponte dell'Orco got shaped after a vault of the grotto collapsed and featured a neat a an arch, which span 40 metres and juts out completely from the rock wall.
