The holiday house, recently renovated, is a wide building organized to accomodate medium-sized groups. It has been as building for campings until 2006; today, thanks to a new rating system, it can give hospitality up to 30 people. The building is equipped with a wide dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, showers and rooms with bunk beds. During summer scouts, associations and groups of families stays at the holiday house to spend a time for fun and enjoyment by planning their activities in the surrounding area. At the moment, the building is not available in winter.

Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total amount of stay as cancellation fee. Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked
