A summer vacation at Casa del Sole means that your days will be filled with sun and tons of fun for the entire family: games and great outdoor barbecues in the common garden area (a large barbecue is available for guests to use), rest and relaxation under the shade of an old walnut tree or in the “Stubn” (a characteristic room made entirely of stones) located on the ground floor. You can start your day by walking or mountain biking up to the mountains to discover the many mountain huts and dairies and the breathtaking surroundings. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, you can try rafting on the Noce River or you can have fun climbing at one of the adventure parks like the Flying Park. If you’d like to catch up on your reading, you can head up to the library located in the home’s attic where even the little ones will enjoy the special playroom. The home’s garden or the Bio Lake, which is only a 5 min walk away, are both great places to catch some sun; a playground, a soccer field and a tennis court are also located next to the bio lake. Guided tours are available to discover the hidden corners of the town of Monclassico and the numerous sundials located on the homes in the town, one of the town’s special features. The supermarket is only 20 m away and the pharmacy about 500 m.

EXTRAS:
Bed and bath linen: bed linen and towels available on request (1 bath and 1 hand towel) per person with a 12€ fee, kitchen linen provided free of charge on request. Heating from 1st October till 30th April € 15,00 per day must to be paid.
Final cleaning: red and yellow apartment 80€; blue apartment 100€Starting from January 1st 2021 all stays will be charged a tourist tax of 1,00 € per person per night. It must be paid directly at the accommodation facility in addition to the accommodation price.
Parking: 3 € per day.
Pets: Small and medium pets are allowed with a 30€ per week.
Deposit: A 100€ deposit will be requested upon your arrival.
