Have you ever dreamed of waking up and being on the slopes without having to take the car? Or to be one step away from Val San Nicolo'? Now your dream can come true. Our welcoming, spacious and recently renovated (November 2022) apartment is located a few meters from the Buffaure cable car from where you can start the Sellaronda tour in winter and many hikes in summer. A few minutes from supermarkets, bars and restaurants, 15 minutes walk from the center and 20 minutes walk from the QC spa. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a large dining room and living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay including free wi-fi, TV with Chromecast (Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc), dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has private parking, a shared ski storage room and a bike garage. A cot and high chair are also available upon request.

    Our apartment has one parking space in the private car park, for any additional cars there please use the big parking space just outside the condominium. In summer you can enjoy the shared garden and sun chairs are provided.
    In winter there is a ski room in the garage, shared with the other tenants but totally safe.

    The house is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

    The apartment is available for weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday during high season otherwise we accept weekend bookings but always with a minimum of 2 nights.
    During low season, for different needs or longer periods, contact us for personalized quotes.
    Bed, bath and kitchen linen is included in the price.

    A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to block the dates.
    The balance can be paid by bank transfer or via Paypal.

    On the day of arrival, a deposit of €150 will be required which will then be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been caused to the apartment.
