DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:
The art of 'going for herbs' is as old as human beings: the nature around us can be discovered with all the senses, including taste! A walk in the nature to observe, get to know, recognise and collect the first herbs that are part of the spontaneous flora, and through the use of a mortar taste their different flavours. An easy excursion combining theory and practice: a decidedly delicious one!

NOTES:
- max 20 partecipants
- Period April 14 to May 12 meeting point at the Museum Paracarro in Canezza at 9:30 am
- Period May 19 to September 22, at Malga Kaserbisn Hitt in Fierozzo. Meeting point at the church of Canezza at 9:00 am, here we continue following each other to the starting point of the activity.
- Period September 29 to October 27: Montesei di Serso. Meeting point at the parking lot of the Fersina river park in Brazzaniga of Pergine, 9:30 am.
