Cooltours
For eco-cultural tourism in the Alpe-Adria region
A European project involving La Foresta, Rovereto and Vallagarina, together with international partners.
The aim of the Cooltours project is to promote experiences that enhance independent culture, biodiversity and local sustainability. Cooltours invites visiting people to become ambassadors of conscious travel, capable of connecting, exploring and regenerating community territories and economies.
Following the New European Bauhaus (NEB) approach – beautiful, sustainable, together – combined with the methodologies of Community Economies, La Foresta proposes activities for Cool-tourists, to imagine new ways of doing tourism and support the well-being of human and non-human communities.

The project was born from the collaboration between Trajna (Ljubljana, Slovenia), La Foresta and Urbani Separe (Rijeka, Croatia) and is co-financed by the Creative Europe programme: Project 101174018 — NEB COOLTOURS — CREA-CULT-2024-COOP.
