The snack at Maso dello Speck is a must for anyone visiting the Val di Fiemme. One of the best specks from Trentino, but also local cheeses and homemade desserts like strudel and linzer to enjoy in an environment that smells of larch wood. The same larches that you will encounter during the guided walk with Albatros, who will take you to the Maso, where you will also have the chance to meet grazing animals, a rarity in winter.
