The Torbole Broccoli Festival the son of the wind returns. If excellent broccoli is harvested even a few kilometers from the snow-capped mountains in the middle of the Trentino winter, it is due to the proximity of Lake Garda and the Pelèr, a wind from the northeast, which creates an ideal microclimate in the vegetable gardens of Torbole and Linfano.
Among all the varieties of vegetables which, thanks to the Mediterranean climate, here find fertile ground for their growing,the Broccoli of Torbole sul Garda surely stands out. During the event this delicious vegetable will also be on sale.
In the Broccoli Village at Piazza Lietzmann, freshly picked broccoli and festival products will be available for purchase.
