At table with the Fairy of the Dolomites
Gourmet week in which tradition, innovation and taste come together harmoniously in special menus offered by Moena's best five restaurants
From 16 to 21 March, "A tavola con la Fata delle Dolomiti" (At table with the Dolomite Fairy) returns to the Val di Fassa. The gastronomic event, organised by the "Ristora Moena" association, involves the Malga Panna, Foresta, Fuciade, Ostaria Tyrol and Malga Roncac restaurants, offering five exclusive gourmet menus celebrating the flavours and aromas of spring. Each proposal is a tribute to the territory, enhancing a special product with creativity and passion.
Now in its 29th edition, the event skilfully blends tradition and innovation, imagination and refinement, to accompany diners on a true sensory journey, from appetiser to dessert. The chefs and restaurateurs Paolo Donei (Michelin Star since 1993), Riccardo Schacher, Martino Rossi, Nicolò Scalet and Christian Tasser share a commitment to promoting the Fassa territory through unique dishes, enriched by the star of the edition: "Formai del Mas", the prized cheese produced by the agritur/farmhouse El Mas, also famous for its Puzzone di Moena DOP. With menus ranging from 75 to 95 euro, wines included, the experience will appeal to all lovers of good food. To make it even more fun, why not sample all the menus and draw up a personal ranking to compare with friends and family?
