In the mountains, a cairn marks the way: a discreet sign left by those who came before, an invitation to move forward and trust the path. For over thirty years, A tavola con la Fata delle Dolomiti (Dining with the Fairy of the Dolomites) has embodied this spirit: a journey of taste, discovery, local roots and sharing that returns every spring to Moena, guiding curious palates towards new culinary horizons.
From 15 to 20 March, five restaurants, five menus: Malga Panna, Foresta, Fuciade, Ostaria Tyrol and Malga Roncac. The Ristora Moena gastronomic festival brings the local territory to the table with creativity and passion, from starter to dessert. Chefs and restaurateurs - Paolo Donei (Michelin Star since 1993), Riccardo Schacher, Martino Rossi, Nicolò Scalet and Christian Tasser - each offer their own interpretation, including a dish paying homage to "Formai del Mas", the artisanal cheese produced by Agritur El Mas.
