Food festival and competition featuring Potato Polenta, will be enlivened by the musical group i Vagabondi
The 4th Edition of the food festival and competition dedicated to Potato Polenta returns. 12 participants will compete to prepare the best potato polenta, which will then be judged by the Brotherhood of Potato Polenta.
The competition is open to everyone, from individual citizens to agritourism companies and restaurants in the province of Trento.
In addition to being a culinary competition, it is also a convivial festival with music and tastings of typical local products.
