A leap into the past
Guided tour with an expert from “Fondazione Museo Civico” of Rovereto.
Meeting point at the Lavini di Marco paleontological site, one of the most important and spectacular in Europe, where the footprints of carnivorous and herbivorous dinosaurs that lived at the beginning of the Jurassic period, around 200 million years ago, are still visible.
Starting point from “Baita degli Alpini” (Strada degli Artiglieri).
Outdoor activities might be cancelled in case of bad weather, and require appropriate clothing and footwear (hiking boots, hat, windbreaker or umbrella, water bottle).
