Sabato 24 maggio 2025 presso il Museo Caproni si terrà un incontro che raccontarà la storia di Umberto Nobile.

Nello sfortunato incidente che coinvolse la spedizione di Umberto Nobile, passata alla storia come «tenda rossa», un ruolo fondamentale lo ebbe la radio, che proprio dal marconista Giuseppe Biagi avrebbe preso il nome. Essenziale lo fu davvero perchè rimase l’unico contatto tra i dispersi sul pack artico e i soccorsi, in un’epoca in cui la geolocalizzazione e le meraviglie dei satelliti erano ben lontane anche solo dall’essere immaginate.
